Pricing and Booking Policy
To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is listed on the pricing page. The remaining balance is due the day of your shoot. Deposits may be made in person or online using a major credit card. To make a deposit go to the pricing page and use the payment button there or you can arrange to mail a check.
At least 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling and cancellations short of this incur the loss of half of the deposit. Rescheduling and cancellations short of one business day incur the loss of the full deposit. Please arrive on time.
All payments may be made by either Cash, or Credit Card using Paypal. Payment for the make up artist is cash only.
We are more than happy to reshoot anything on the day of the shoot. Because we shoot digitally you see everything as we go. So this is your opportunity to voice concerns about anything you might want to alter. If you see anything in your shots as we're reviewing them that you want changed just ask (hair, make-up, wardrobe, lighting, location.) There's always time to reshoot whatever it is so that it's just to your liking.
There are no refunds or exceptions to any of the above listed policies.
